That single share gives Tom complete control of the ticker. He can increase the A/S, enact a R/S or hire his cocker spaniel as a consultant...all to the detriment of common shareholders who have no say in such matters.

The question that I don't think was ever answered is what the tax implications are for Tom when he received that share. He got it in return for forgiveness of accrued salary that he was owed to him.

IANAL and IANAA but I wonder if that means that Tom was supposed to include that $2.3 million in compensation on his W-2 in the year he received it.

That could create quite a tax bite.

As with Al Capone, could it be that the IRS is what sends Tom away from the beautiful home that appear in his tweets?

Did everyone happen to notice how much they valued that SINGLE Class E share Tom granted himself?
