I believe the debt will need to go away before whatever happens next with IMUN. That’s a guess though.

That’s why I think there has to be an alternative to the preferred shares (if the vote didn’t pass). Although I would’ve thought that the current debt could just convert to equity via common shares (as opposed to converting to equity via preferred shares). I don’t blame them for trying though.
