1. Paul Norat, the C.E.O., didn’t JUST increase the A/S. He did so in May and announced it on the company website

2. Norat was very specific about when, if at all, the extra shares would be used and under which circumstances.
3. Norat has repeatedly, publicly stated on Twitter that the company is not engaged in dilution at a steep discount or any dilution at all.
