you really believe he is not still involved..

No, I do not believe that - they would have to take him out kickin' & screamin'. I do believe he's reached the point that his name is so "well known" in the penny world that he's become the kiss of death to any stock he's associated with. He will be a bit more clandestine from this point forward, IMO.

BTW, he has another court date early next month - the state of
Delaware has accused him of insurance fraud.

Believe me, Lance - there's a lot I know about Mr. Nussen.
