Trump administration is getting increasingly vocal,
but still not very clear, about reforming housing finance

The Trump administration’s plan to reform housing finance is gaining in clarity, but it remains decidedly hazy.
Mark Calabria has gotten off to a vocal start since being appointed head of the Federal Housing Finance Agency. He is calling on Congress to pass reforms to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac while at the same time threatening to move ahead unilaterally.
