Surprised to see Kroger skipped the 101 stores in their California Division, Ralphs and Ralphs Fresh Fare. The California Alcohol Beverage Control recently had all ingestible pulled from Lazy Acres and Bristol Farms leaving only topicals. The reason is they are not allowing outlets that have Alcohol licenses to have ingestible products that state CBD on the label. Spoke at length with a Lazy Acres manager about it. Might need to modify the ingestible labels to Hemp instead stating CBD. you can still buy soft gels and oils from outlets that do not have alcohol licenses. California ABC watching this closely.
