Regarding the JDZ:
If you were an oil exec making decisions as to where to explore....What would make you want to carry ERHC?
ERHC does not provide siesmics from which maybe you can determine if the block looks interesting. ERHC provides no expertise in drilling or analyzing. Blocks 2, 3, and 4 have a history of commercial failure. No one has ever been interested in the other ERHC assets in the JDZ. Total just showed interest in non-ERHC blocks in the JDZ. Why did they not partner with ERHC?
Sometimes it's not concrete proof....just best guess based on history and circumstantial evidence.
Again...what would make you want to carry ERHC???
For me I think it would involve new technology that was very conclusive that there was an abundance of oil in any one of ERHC's blocks.
