JPG: For those that actually NEEDED the funds to participate in the tender offer, they would have sold their CYDY shares sometime last week because it takes at least 3 days for the funds to clear in a brokerage firm and then be wired to CYDY.
If someone sold CYDY yesterday to participate in the TO that expires today at 5:00 PM Eastern, they could not possibly use the proceeds from the CYDY sale.
I know CYDY wants the $$ ASAP as I sent them a check dated today yet they cashed it 2 days ago.
