Feel sorry for GTEC and other small cap growers waiting on Health Canada licenses. Even after licensing Canadian growers can't advertise to build their brand like they can in the US.

Plus the strict packaging requirements add costs that US growers don't have. Health Canada needs to change these rules before cannabis companies start moving operations to the US, or giving up completely. imho
