He’s run this same scam before on another ticker. This time the scam is failing and his controllers are demanding that he buy more. Looks like a classic “bust out” scenario to me. If you are unfamiliar with the term, it’s because you don’t know how the mafia operates. For example, in the Sopranos episode where the sporting goods store owner gets destroyed in a poker game and can’t pay, Tony and his crew take over the store, max out his credit, then sell high priced brand name merchandise for pennies on the dollar until it goes bk. Game over.
