The fact that Petar owns no stock in sljb and wouldn't allow his employees to own stock seems to have an ominous ring to it.
On its face that fact alone would say that the CEO (Petar) knows the company and assets are worthless? Otherwise why wouldn't he and employees have invested in this gold mine?
