I am unable to follow these Share Structure numbers:

From 2/28 PR,
A/S 510m, O/S 323m, Rest. 253m UnRest. 70m Float 50m.

From 4/4 PR on 90m retired-returned to treasury.
90m retired, leaving it to 60m O/S shares ...how is that possible?

From 6/7 OTCmarkets reporting, here is the numbers;
A/S 500m, O/S 356m, Rest. 250m, unRest 106m and Float unknown

I can't even tell whether 136m offering is included or not.

These numbers doesn't make sense unless I am missing something? Does it look fluff to you?
