And the harsh reality is that shareholders usually get ALAP (As Little As Possible) in these situations so hope for the best (the $27/LGL to FLIGHTY Fred range) and brace for the worst (= zero - zilch - nada). Again, time will tell IN DOLLARS AND DELIVERANCE DATE. Question is, how much time, and how much legalese $$$ drainage AT SHAREHOLDERS' EXPENSE!!!
