We should all email IR. Enough is enough, uplist in the works for over 2 years and they have a dedicated bookkeeper. It's getting ridiculous. No reason they shouldn't be done with the "tail end" of the 2017 audit. They've been saying that for months now and have missed their goal to uplist every time. We know they are doing it, but no news on it for months now, like get it done. If VATE can do it in 6 weeks, there is really no excuse for 2 years imo.
