LOL!! This shell isn't "set for a reverse merger." It has a huge amount of toxic convertible debt and nobody has a clue what the O/S has become since 2016.
This notion that somebody, anybody, is going to bring a legit business into a shell like this solely to reward those holding bags from the prior P & D and those toxic note holders is pure fantasy made for the OTC.
