I misspoke, a Full Lock Down of the Float allows no movement but Locking Down my own personal shares to prevent any Short Traders from taking advantage, if there are in fact short traders.
In any event my first sell will be around .024 and graduate to .10 at 4x, but that's my plan not yours.
