I have found a person called Zhang Chou that I think is involved who has contributed to many research papers but have been unable to find a sure link to the 8k. He is a professor and has considerable history. The papers discuss Graphene and supercapacitors which could be a future replacement for Lithium batteries and cheaper to manufacture. We also have some idea that there is solar panels (called Photovoltaic in Asia) and also Electric Automobiles (of which the Chinese Government are wanting in large numbers by 2020, but also the rest of the world) I am unable to find info on Dou Ju Chun the other person listed on the filings. This person could be an investor or family member. There are also agriculture links that may involve solar energy. Many companies in China use the term "New Energy" like we use "Green Energy" so it is difficult to tell who may be involved here.
One other possibility is a Real Estate company called "Evergrande Group" (the 2nd largest Real Estate company in China) that is branching out in a huge way to enter into the Electric Vehicle industry. They have spent over a billion dollars since January 2019 on several companies to have everything they need to manufacture NEV Automobiles.
