not even remotely true. At the time trtc cancelled the merger the pps was around .64 and gldff's pps was around .15. Since then trtc had a wonderful run up to around 1.80 while gldff plummeted down to .06. this is easy enough to verify, all one has to do is look at the charts. just like its easy to verify the MAXED out share structure of gldff or the filings where the ex ceo ran off and went on a "sabbatical". Sabbatical? really, lol. gldff stopped all expansion and cut employees down to a bare minimum. Says so right in the filings by gldff.
I'm glad I sold my holdings of gldff at around .12 (just shy of) and put that small gain into trtc where it doubled within a month and a half.
