our house has been on the market since August. We've had a few (5) showings but either they didn't like the carpet (ok, men don't wince...it's ROSE colored) or they say it's too much house.

The last comments I read today on the Centralized showing report said this:

nice home but buyer did not see any updates or features to get serious about it....

The house was built in 2000. We've added a privacy fence and a lot of trees in the back yard (it was bare). The master bedroom is probably the size of half a football field lol and every bedroom (4) has huge walk in closets. The Kitchen is also HUGE.

Not sure what they mean by "updates or features..." Does anyone else know?
