Those seem like excellent Buffett-type stocks. He's owned KO for ages, for course.

Understand that mREITs and REITs are quite different from each other. mREITs, like CIM, own no real estate; they are basically leveraged mortgage bond funds and very hard to understand and to analyze.

I'm the mod of both of IHUBs two BRK boards. Buffett has made about $100 billion from blue chips combined with leverage... and lots of time.
