it says so right in the filings or are you not familiar with what the company reports?

I've tried to warn people back when the pps was around .15 (when the possible merger with trtc was cancelled) and now the pps is at .066. Thats around a 60% loss, so yeah must be sour grapes.

Did they ever get that nasty share problem fixed?
