What the whistle-blowers and naysayers meant for evil, has inadvertently turned out for our good. I told the SEC that I do understand the disbelief that NVC has the audited asset, balance sheet, and financial statement valued at over $10 Trillion as published in the media and press release. The over $10 Trillion claims are numbers that stagger the mind, so I do understand the call for a thorough probe and verification by the SEC. We have been able to answer the SEC court subpoena order to prove and confirm by the forensic show and evidence under oath. We have been thoroughly investigated from the inside out and fully deposed. So now what? I now authorize that the SEC be the government fiduciary agent to validate and confirm the veracity of the NVC FUND HOLDING TRUST Asset and balance sheet to any doubting Thomas to contact: Mr. Manuel Vasquaz, Senior Counsel, Enforcement Division The United States Securities and Exchange Commission 444 South Flower Street, Suite 900 Los Angeles, CA 90071 Phone: 1-(323) 965-3252 email: VazquezM@sec.gov
