Well, according to the email from the MDTR representative Prager Metis no longer is the auditor of scam company MDTR

If Prager resigned, it is real bad, considering they had recently replaced another auditor for MDTR

If Prager was fired, it is even worse

take your poison


Real bad if they resigned and even worse if they were fired

I am confused, did Prager Metis resign, or did MDTR terminate their agreement with them? Very misleading if Prager Metis was fired as oppose to "resign"...
