As I recall, didn’t the Chinese put $20 million into BIO-key and then we find old 12 million it back to them for a bunch of worthless patents. So the net result was the Chinese essentially took half the company for about $8 million.

I suspect the $8 million did nothing more than pay the salaries of 20+ people that have accomplished nothing. There are no real sales to show for it and worse than that any opportunities that they announce never actually come to fruition.

Another announcement this morning about a foreign ministry order. No dollars announced which means it wasn’t worth much. And a leading foreign ministry could be anyone of 179 countries. Doubtful it’s A country in the top 100.

Company needs to cut head count by at least 50%. There’s not enough business to support these lofty salaries that produce no significant amount of sales dollars.
