EVCC...200M A/S! (around a 19M float) New President came in last November, they are now starting to file disclosures and attorney letters. CEO owns a little over 56% of the outstanding per attorney letter and check out her previous employment. Very, very impressive, imo! This could be a mega merger if the company comes in of what we're guessing/thinking about. See the EVCC board for opinions:
