Honestly, I don't think etrade had anything to do with VRUS. If we look back to the weeks prior to the online buy restriction, I'm sure some can remember that there was a large trading group frequently working this ticker.

Etrade said it was due to volatility and I believe them.
There seemed to be a lot of naked shorting going on then too.

The S1 was still within the timeline of 120-140 days after the initial purchase which was 2/8/19, which was outlined in filing on 2/11/19
I believe it was very close to 120 days so the S1 had virtually nothing to do with the etrade debacle IMO.

Anyway, etrade still has restriction and we sit at .0195 ready to rocket on Monday.
