Hi Sailrabbit,If you read the Borneo oil annual report (2018) They have put up a plant and have had a successful run. It states they are talking to other investors and have to pay 14 million RMS for the license of the process. I would guess since ZEON owns the process that is who they would have to pay. I have been waiting to see what the next report says. I am hoping for a surprise that people will be saying (I never thought that would happen) Whistleblower
