Yup, no reason not to prime the pump with a private placement that demonstrates the RnR is viable, and the value of the stock, since that is a floor you can build on with a public offering...

The offering price of $15 in a public placement will then move up over subsequent years as FnF demonstrates its earning power and stability once again...
