I wonder how Ackman defines “treated fairly”.

Fairly relative to 2017 common price?

Or relative to the 2013 common price?

Or relative to the price he paid?

Won’t the new common investors want the
best price they can get for themselves, which,
mathematically, means screwing existing
shareholders as much as the market will bear?

And the existing common holders seem the most
vulnerable to be so screwed?
