Greetings, shareholders. In the coming few days, Encounter will be announcing the identity of the first hospitality property falling under the proverbial umbrella of its corporate development. Moreover, I will be instructing the shareholder who will be experimenting with Encounter's website development to publish the identity of this property, and the other properties subject to Encounter's 12-month acquisition schedule, on Encounter's website. Encounter is expected to take e possession of the initial target property on 1 July. I respectfully request that shareholders and other interested parties do not burden the initial target property with phone calls and other questions, as these acts will disrupt the transaction and will impose an unnecessary burden on the front desk and back office staff at the initial property. I further respectfully request that Encounter's shareholders rely on the information the company will make available in its filings to the SEC, in reports made available to Link ATS (OTC Markets), and applications made to the NYSE American unit. In summary, allow me to do my job without interference. Any unnecessary interference may result in the demise of Encounter's overall development plan. Pursuant to U. S. Federal laws, I am obligated to provide the company's shareholders with current information as to the company's plan of operations. Certain of my statements may be considered to be "forward-looking". We've come this far; let's not screw it up folks. All concerned parties in respect of the company's business who or which require communication or correspondence from me have been addressed, accordingly. I expect that certain of the company's senior executive officers and members of the board will be travelling to the initial property in order to arrive by the target date (1 July). Due to the constraints imposed upon me to conclude this transaction, and the others within Encounter's acquisition schedule, I may not be able to answer shareholders' emails, as I receive approximately 200+ requests from shareholders daily. -Randy Hudson
