Midas Mines can never held liable for thing that the original mine owners/workers did or did not do! I cannot see any Attorney(s) taking this case forward as it is not winnable against Midas whatsoever! The lawyers might use it to line their pockets with Nez Perce Indian money but it can never be won against Midas! This is smoke and mirrors and nothing more! Give the Indians a piece of the action and let it go forward for all of the trusty investors that have Thousands of Dollars on the line.
