"Cann10 is still on board under the H360 subsidiary"

Uhh..no...Cann10 decided it didn't want BLDV's shares or Josh Alper running their north American franchise. What's worse, even with Todd supposedly taking over as CEO of both BLDV and H360 they still didn't want those shares.

A PR dated 3/6/19 says-- "Yossi Bornstein will remain the CEO of Cann10 North America." Apparently if BLDV/H360 ever does manage to sell whatever Cann10 is peddling they will be just another middleman or sales rep.

For nearly 2 years all we heard was "Cann10 Cann10 Cann10" and how owning up to 49% of NA was going to make millions... "$1.5 - 2.5 million in 2018" according to Josh. In the end the deal collapsed because Josh is clearly incompetent to be a CEO. Spinning this as a "win win" is the same as his saying "BLDV dodged a bullet with AMS."
