Think about what was happening in 2008. Bad loans given and sold in bundles to European countries creating our mortgage crisis. Emery giving loans to sell sounds like to me. This court case establishes Jason as Owner. Once the legal ownership is established he has many options. He has incurred many hardships from entities acting in bad faith. Doors are wide open.
