I'm not defending him...I'm saying shareholders who bought in based on Mgt's (both past and present did this) publicly stated statements of "we're on track" and then suffered immense losses when they backtracked just weeks later is not exactly heartwarming.

Where was RR and the rest of the board when JH hired his daughter, sent her overseas, gave her a new title, and then gave her a huge raise. (I believe she made $144k/yr. years ago, before the pressure really mounted)
