Is there definitive proof somewhere that the cfo saw accounting fraud? Is there definitive proof somewhere that the auditors resigned for any specific reason?

Did I miss that 8k??

Hearsay is abound and is only that....hearsay.

I like hearing facts vs fiction.

Also, if mdlg did do something and if he did have to step down as CEO that does not mean that the company would fold. The technology is the product and the product is the company. The CEO is just a title of the guy in charge. The company and my investment are definitely not in trouble here.
