Kirkland also required Immune to pay approx. $50K per month on a stock promoter for 6 months as a condition to making them the initial 2 million loan, so he could dump his shares more easily on the open market.

So Immune was going to have to spend $300k of the 5 million just to promote the stock. But Kirkland never loaned them the $3 million, so they couldn't pay the promoter and now the promoter is one of the unsecured creditors in the BK. Just unbelievable.
