What is wrong with the managment team.

Nothing. They did their job - simple two step process, put out a series of bogus press releases, then sell shares to investors (through convertible debt). Walk away with investors' money. Success!

A "deal" will not get done with the Translock. At least nothing that will benefit DDCC shareholders, the stock is worthless.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
