Oh, Oreo tells plenty if you listen to what he does and not what he says...
He paid off debt in 2017 and 2018 to the tune of 1.5 Billion shares to toxic financiers. He said an RS was coming to drop the share price and then said it was off. Lately he has dumped another 450 Million shares to pay debt that he said he would pay before diluting more shares.
Common shares are his piggy bank. He makes loans to the company and repays himself in cash while repaying other loans with diluted shares. He owns no common shares but controls everything with his preferred share.

Why is this guy such a hero? Cause he talks to shareholders and says nothing? And some wonder why the price doesn’t move...
