Wrong company thats not mentioned in the 8k issued by LAHO. No mention of that LLC at all. The deal is supposedly with GSCG a corporation duly formed under the laws of the State of Florida. Only one problem though GSCG is a dissolved company.

PURE BS being spewed by the management of LAHO!
