Feels like a CRL coming to me. Someone always knows. Heck, there was even a news story a few years back about some FDA insider caught trading on advance knowledge of decisions for biopharma companies.

Not saying this is happening here, but it certainly isn't trading like bio stocks that eventually received an approval--and I've been in loads of them.
