I personally think that many parties are at fault: pumpers, paid bashers, and CEO's that either do not know what they are doing, resorted to toxic funding, or are criminals, and of course shareholder greed/gullibility.
And except for the toxic funding, I don't think that any of the above can really be 100% proved as of yet even though it may look like it is.
That is why people are so close minded about whether one side is right or wrong.. because there is no 100% proof. Just very strong circumstantial evidence.
