It's such an easy excuse to blame bashers and MMs for the price of an issue, and not direct full blame on the company.
Yes, bashers have existed with EVERY stock and AMEP is not an exception. But the bashers are obvious, with profiles born yesterday, and typical short time ignorance.

There is MUCH MUCH more to .03s rather than .06, and that isn't market maker manipulation. AMEP is not some clandestine secret oil company that only a few "savvy special" investors have "discovered". Nor is it some fantastical producer like some pumpers have done as endlessly as the bashers have bashed.

The low price is sole responsibility of AMEP management. Whether this is get it down to affordable levels for friends and family to buy, who knows? However, when there were plenty of shares to sell, they'd throw PRs out like "it rained" on a strategic play to dilute stock at the highest price possible. This isn't MM manipulation, but AMEP management manipulation.

All the math you put toward price per acre of Barnett land, and a higher profile has been NOTHING new! These stats have been know for years, except for the one working rig, and the other mothballed rig, which the dilution paid for over this year.

No debt, etc. has always been present to anyone who will read the 10Qs for over a year now, still the price continues to sink? How on earth can you possibly think a handful of basher (which every stock forum has) to account for the share price to be in the .03s? If you can offer a rationale for this, other than lame "bashers and MM" cliches, then some who have held AMEP for over a year or two (of which I am included) will listen.

Your list of assets has been know for years, and yet the price plummits? Why? Bashers? That is truly unrealistic IMO. There's more to it. Now, instead of shooting arrows at this post, perhaps you can offer some other reason why this has gone from .06 to .03? I'm buying more this week, as I did a few weeks ago @.031, but not to hold it as a serious investment. Unless they show investors the respect they deserve, and give them updates via PRs, even when they don't have shares to dilute on a spike up.
