It says...

NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM – MILTON MURCIA

New management to focus on entertainment and media assets in addition to enhancing our proprietary beverage formulas with added functionality, to include CBD.

Update: June 7, 2019. New Management has completed, and filed, required disclosures / financials (in the recently updated OTC Markets format) to become current with OTC Markets. Additionally, an updated Attorney Letter with Respect to Current Information has been filed. We plan to update shareholders and market on business operations as soon as we are classified as Pink Current with OTC Markets (usually 3-5 business days after filing).
