GIFA/Kisa don't extend business licence and and outstanding reports purposefully.

I can not think of one logical reason for them not to renew their business license in Nevada. This is either a destitute company that lacks the money to do so or a very slipshod operation.

I really feel sorry for those that are thinking this is some kind of huge conglomerate that is going to make them rich. A company with any real integrity or business sense would have at least had financial reports out by now.
