I thought I read that Loftwerks was in bankruptcy! That the merger was with the empty corporate shell. No assets in that shell! That is my understanding but others who go way back would know better! I highly doubt that there are assets in SLJB that total 100,000,000+. I bet the $29,000,000 land in Dubai is not in the SLJB corportation but in Consultech.
