Bulk hemp without process ability sells for 60k per acre. The ability to process the hemp, takes that amount to approx. 100k per acre. EXDI per filings has that ability, and in fact has excess capacity for future increase plantings. In order to reach my 400m target EXDI needs complete vertical integration from seed to retail cbd oil sales. CBD oil processing is not yet a capability EXDI has, so that will be done with a partner/out sourcing. EXDI per filings will however have in place by eoy a brand and retail/wholesale distribution plans. Once fully vertically integrated the revenue yield per acre can approach for high quality hemp and cbd oil 200k per acre or my target market cap. Up listing to the NASDAQ and when SEC approval comes both institutional and retail investors currently unable to purchase shares in the open market will do so.
