Recent Merck Deal for $ 1 Billion dollars

I don't remember the name of the small bio-tech that Merck just purchased for $1 Billion, but if we use that price--and it may be a very conservative one-- for a similar buy-out of PKTX, then with only 270 million shares, we could be looking at $4-5 dollars a share!!
