Lampert owns 53 millions shares. He is NOT going to cancel the shares. They will be swapped for new shares.



he owns 49 million shares

he has no say in the matter of them being cancelled whatsoever and as has been explained so many times already, he has far more to gain from giving up the shares via cancellation.

still no answer from anyone on what value the shares would be swapped at and justification for that value. if you truly believe the shares will be swapped you must have some idea of what they would be worth so you could decide if they are under or over valued currently. Will someone in the share swap camp please answer this question.
