Well since the defendants had to make modification to make things work, case gets thrown out, KK gets countersued for fraud.



So if I copy the technology of an iPhone, but it doesn't work right because I don't have the exact same chips, and I need to modify it to get it to work, I would win a lawsuit by Apple against me?
