Shopping Center - The "Park" Shopping Center is the newest and largest shopping center in the area. The Park
has approximately 128,000 square feet of spaces under lease with a 95 % occupancy, over 50 retail, professional,
services, and medical tenants supported by a customer base of about 30,000 consumers within a 20 mile
radius. Currently, gross lease income is ~ $ 671,000, net income of ~ $ 561,000, and a net operating income of 84
